I’d like to share my experience working with SingleTree Media. SteamWay needed help with search engine optimization and social media marketing. Since I am the one at SteamWay who is in charge of marketing, I needed to have someone train me how to promote our business using this technology medium. I met with Mike Troxel, C.O.O of SingleTree, and explained our business to him. Within a few days, he presented me with a proposal and we agreed to start working together.

Mike was easy to work with and he explained in laymen’s terms how to use Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn, etc. to improve our online presence. We followed an outline that Mike custom created for us and met once a week for several weeks. Mike was very patient with me, and walked me through the basics and more complicated aspects of SEO.

Now here’s the fun part: Since we’ve been working with SingleTree, our online presence has improved dramatically. We now show up first and second on key word searches on Google, Yahoo and Bing! With the help of SingleTree, I now know how to keep this high online ranking going! When we ask how customers heard about SteamWay, the response “I found you on Google” is a very common answer. This was not the case before working with SingleTree.
